Subscriptions

While the basic functionalities of Axoniq Platform are free through the Community plan, our most powerful features require a subscription. You can manage your subscription in the "Subscription" section, as shown in the screenshot below.

Available plans

Environments

Your workspace has a single subscription that applies to all environments within it. Paid subscriptions include a production license and a number of development licenses.

Each environment is either a production, pre-production, or development environment. By default, all environments are development environments. Once you have obtained a production or pre-production license, you can change the environment type by clicking on "License" on an environment of the Workspace settings page.

Changes to your subscription

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes are limited to twice a day per environment.

Upgrades to your subscription, such as increasing the connections, will be charged immediately prorated for the rest of your subscription period. Downgrading your subscription, such as cancelling or reducing the number of connections, will go into effect immediately. You will receive a credit for the remaining days of the month, which will be used for future invoices. The current credit is bound to the workspace and can be found on the "Subscription" page of any environment in it.
