Billing

Our Community plan provides you with many features free of charge. These features are intended for Development. When you want to use Axoniq Platform for Production, you can take out a paid subscription.

You can configure your subscription via the "Subscriptions" page, like the image below shows.

Subscription cycle

Whenever you take out a subscription to Axoniq Platform, you will be billed monthly. The subscription cycle starts on the day you take out the subscription. From that day on, you will be billed monthly.

Credits

Your plan includes a number of AI credits per month. These credits are refilled at the start of each subscription cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Flexibility

You can freely change your subscription up to two times a day. When the new subscription is more expensive, you will be charged immediately for the remaining days of the month. When the new subscription is less expensive, you will receive a credit for the remaining days of the month, which will be used for future invoices. The credit of your workspace is displayed on the Subscription page.
